PAYMENT TERMS
Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
The deposit reserves a limited space on the vessel or activity, preventing us from selling that space to other guests.
For bookings made within 4 weeks of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Final Payment
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before departure.
If the final payment is not received by the due date, Scuba Republic Indonesia reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.

For the following trips, full payment is required at least 60 days before departure:
• Expedition liveaboard trips (9 days or longer)
• Christmas and New Year trips
For Divemaster Courses, full payment must be received 30 days before the course start date.
CANCELLATION AND REBOOKING POLICY

If cancellation occurs more than 90 days before the scheduled departure, payments made will be refunded minus a 100 USD administration fee, as well as any applicable bank charges or currency exchange losses.
Between 30 and 90 days before departure
If cancellation occurs between 30 and 90 days before departure, no refund will be issued.
However, the booking may be rescheduled within 12 months of the original trip date, subject to availability.
Less than 30 days before departure
If cancellation occurs less than 30 days before departure, no refund and no rescheduling will be possible.
The booking will be considered cancelled.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.
KOMODO NATIONAL PARK ENTRY PERMITS
Due to regulations introduced by the Komodo National Park Authority, visitor access to the park is limited to 1,000 visitors per day.
To guarantee access during your trip, the required Komodo National Park Entry Permits must be secured in advance.
For all trips operating within Komodo National Park, these permits will be purchased on your behalf once the booking deposit has been received, in order to reserve your place in the park. As a result, the park permit cost becomes non-refundable once the booking deposit has been paid.
The current permit cost is IDR 275,000 per person per day spent inside Komodo National Park (approx. USD 17).
Please note that these permits are issued by the park authorities and cannot be refunded or transferred once purchased, including in the event of cancellation or rescheduling of your trip.
Permit prices and regulations are determined by the authorities and may change without prior notice.

If government regulations change before or during your trip, Scuba Republic Indonesia reserves the right to:
