Dive Safari

Aerial view of a lush tropical island in Raja Ampat with overwater bungalows, dense green trees, and clear water surrounding the island, with some docks connecting the bungalows to the shore.

Raja Ampat Dive Safari

Our Dive Safari is the perfect budget-friendly alternative to a liveaboard in Raja Ampat. You’ll dive the same world-class sites around the Dampier Strait, but instead of sleeping on a boat, you’ll stay on land and experience authentic Papuan island life.

Each day we explore the region’s most spectacular dive spots, followed by relaxing surface intervals on pristine beaches or visits to local villages. Evenings are spent on charming islands, where you’ll fall asleep to the sound of the waves.

By joining a Dive Safari, you also support local Papuan families. Accommodation is in traditional homestays — simple wooden huts with a mattress, mosquito net, shared bathroom, and a veranda with stunning sea views. Meals are home-cooked and typically include fresh fish, rice, vegetables, and fruit. Vegetarian options are limited but can be arranged.

If you’re seeking a meaningful adventure — one that blends iconic diving with real local culture — this is the experience for you.
