This is just a sample itinerary - route may change due to weather conditions, currents etc.

Day 1 Arrival Waisai/Friwen

You will get the ferry from Sorong to Waisai where me and the crew will meet you up and help arrange marine park fees before bringing you to the boat. If guests are able to get the morning ferry we will have out first checkdive to test out equipment and get the first view of Raja Ampat bountiful marine life in the area around Friwen. The dives here are easy and generally not so affected by the current so they are perfect for your first dive in this amazing region. If you are lucky you might even see your first wobbygong shark!

Day 2 Mioskon

We are on the boat and the adventure has started, we will now be around the area of Mioskon where you will find several of Raja Ampats most famous dive sites. Depending on the group we have multiple options including Blue Magic famous for being one of the sites where we occasionally get the huge oceanic mantas coming in…but even without mantas we are talking about amazing dive sites that will get you the first impressions of how diverse Raja Ampat truly is when it comes to what you might see! Did we mention the chance to see the fruit bats flying out to feed at night?!

Day 3 Arborek

Time to move into the central parts of Dampier Straight, on day three we are changing the pace and moving towards the famous island of Arborek. Here we can choose between locations like Sawandarek jetty with its massive green turtles and occasional schools of devil rays, we have Manta Sandy and Manta Ridge with its local population of reef mantas not to mention the possibility to do a night dive at Arborek jetty where you have the chance to see the endemic walking shark of Raja Ampat.

Day 4 Pam/Fam

Now we all know one another and love diving here but where are those Instagram moments you have all been seeing? Well day 3 usually includes Melissas Garden for you hardcore divers and Melissas Garden boasts about being one of the best hard coral gardens in the world but not only that we will also give you some spectacular sightseeing…a trekk to Piaynemo so you can finally be a part of the world that has a selfie with the best background in Indonesia!

Day 5

After our time around Piaynemo we will start moving up north towards Kawe so a bit longer distances to travel now on our way towards Wayag. The dives around these parts can be adventurous with stronger currents but by this time of the trip everyone has gotten used to the water again even if you had a long break in between. This area also has a lot of pearl farms and we will also try and sneak in another nightdive around before bedtime.

Day 6

On day 6 we get up to Wayag up in the north, far away from the hustle and bustle of the world it’s a true nature paradise. Here we can see blacktips swimming on the beach, for the truly adventurous there is a possibility for a hike/mountain climb up to another spectacular viewpoint and like always the chance for some great diving.

Day 7 Yanggefo

Tired of endless amounts of fish and hard coral gardens?! Well day number 7 we will try and get you some variation, we will sail down to Yanggefo and get some of the best soft coral garden in the world and then on top of that mangroves diving! Not to mention that the spot where we sleep is the perfect place for hearing to sounds of the jungle and seeing the Milky Way when all lights are gone!

Day 8 Dampier Straight

We are now back in Dampier…but we have been here before?! Well not really now we are doing the central channel, and you can dive here for weeks and still see new sites. But now we are trying the central sites, Max Point, LauLau, Odtima…we have more sites then we have time to dive!

Day 9 Wild country

Everyone has got their dives up, we know advantages and disadvantages… time to get to some of the best spots. We are now back around Kri island and looking to do Cape Kri, maybe Blue Magic again…maybe Chicken Reef, who knows? We are planning to finish the day with an amazing nightdive at least, coconut octopus? We have! Pygme cuttlefish? We have! Very happy divers….yes have those too!

Day 10 Departure

Helping everyone to the ferry depending on when the have flights, if all have afternoon flight there is the potential for a morning dive
